Which of the
responsibilities you mentioned in the previous questions do you think is the
most challenging or a HRM? Why?
Each one of
them, because we all know that working with people, convincing them, guiding
them, helping them, is one of the most difficult areas, since each individual
is different and reacts in a different way to many others. Therefore, it is
necessary to have a good communication and association management with human

have different experiences every day.
HR
professionals must have knowledge of the organization and its strategies if
they are to contribute strategically.

I always enjoy the way that you do your job, is visually easy to understand and clear. And I also share your idea about why are human resources so important; great job! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Majo! Thanks a lot for your words, I appreciate them! :)
DeleteOf course, HR are pretty important, because they are the main force for all work and organization, without them it would not be possible to generate products or services, I can say that without HR the world economy would be nothing, what do you think?
Hi, I like your job Jacqueline, it is organized, easy to read and the ideas are clear, straight to the point. I also believe that human resources is a difficult area and deserves respect for those who exercise it well so that the organizational culture of the company is not lost.
ReplyDeleteHi Karina, thank you so much for reading my post!
DeleteAbsolutely, I agree, actually I said that all the responsibilities of an HRM are challenging, because we all know that working with people, convincing them, guiding them, helping them, is one of the most difficult areas, since each individual is different and reacts in a different way to many others. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good communication and association management with human beings.
I respect them a lot, and now, I know you think the same, cool!
Hello jaqueline, I see your work and it is incredible how you did it deeply and a good organization I think you have the same ideas as me, I like your way of thinking very good work, greetings
ReplyDeleteHello Nain! I appreciate so much your words, thanks :)
DeleteIt is incredible how our answers can match in a perfect way.
Do you want to know something?
I think our ideas fit together because we grew up in a similar environment, even in school, since we are from the same career, we are learning the concepts in a very stable and similar way.
What do you think?
Hi! As Majo said in the comment above, I like how it looks visually your work! very easy to find the specific information that we might be looking for, and also we share almost the same answers but in the question about what is capital, I decided to explain what is HR capital which is also considered as an intangible asset or quality not listed on a company';s balance sheet. It can be classified as the economic value of a worker's experience and skills. It's part of the capital of the company.
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot! I read your comment and I am amazed, your answer about "what is capital?" was concise and complete, I have not realized about it, I mean, about another definition, but yours fits in a perfect way, of course I will consider it in the future. :)
