Define Human resources.

HR in simple words can be defined as the Resource, which is in the form of Human.

HR refers to the individuals or personnel or workforce within an organization responsible for performing the tasks given to them for the purpose of achievement of goals and objectives of an organization.

 

What is the role of human resources? Define in detail.

HR is pretty important for any organization because, behind production of every product and services, their lies a human mind and his efforts.

No product or service can be produced without help of human being. Human being is fundamental resource for making or construction or anything. HR plays a vital role in any company.

Every organization´s desire is to have a skilled and a competent resource to make their business competent and best.

 

What is Capital?

Capital is simple known as the resource supplied to a business by the owners.

Capital is referred to as any assets owned by an organization that are beneficial in boosting growth and generating revenue.

Characteristics:

·        Generate sustainable revenue

·        Long term

 

In your opinion, is human resources necessary? Explain.

Yes, because they are the main force for all work and organization, without them it would not be possible to generate products or services, and we can even mention jobs, the main purpose for business terms, is that HR helps to achieve the strategic objectives of companies, to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Thanks to the human resources in every area of the organization it is possible to have under control the internal, local, national and even international economy.

With human resources we are close to each other, to society, they provide us values to improve our professional and personal development. These people are the ones who best known and represent the business and national culture, values, teamwork, among others, so we can summarize that HR is synonymous with the success or failure of an organization.

 

What are the main areas of Human resources?

 

Compensation and Benefits

An effective compensation strategy motivates current employees and is used as a tool to attract new ones.

This includes the cost of health benefits, retirement benefits, tuition reimbursement, bonuses, or any other non-salary benefit that is considered part of a total compensation package.

Recruitment and Staffing

It can be challenging to find the right employees.

 

Training and Development

Training employees is key to maintaining high levels of employee performance.

A workforce of engaged employees can have a high correlation to increased productivity and improve the bottom line.

Which of the responsibilities you mentioned in the previous questions do you    think is the most challenging or a HRM? Why?

 

Each one of them, because we all know that working with people, convincing them, guiding them, helping them, is one of the most difficult areas, since each individual is different and reacts in a different way to many others. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good communication and association management with human beings.

I have a lot of respect for the human resources area in general, because they work and have different experiences every day.

HR professionals must have knowledge of the organization and its strategies if they are to contribute strategically.

 

What are the most important skills of a Human Resource Manager?

All managers require a mix of technical, interpersonal, conceptual and design, and business skills in order to successfully carry out their jobs.

 

Technical skills

The ability to use methods and techniques to perform a task

Ø Comprehensive knowledge of law rules and regulations relating to HR

Ø Computer skills

Ø Interviewing skills

Ø Training knowledge

Ø Understanding of performance appraisal processes

Ø Cultural knowledge

 

Interpersonal skills

The ability to understand, communicate and work well with individuals and groups through developing effective relationships.

The ability to work well with others in teams, to persuade others, to mediate and resolve conflicts, to gather information from others, and to jointly analyze, negotiate and come to a collective decision.

Ø Inside the organization like: co-workers, supervisors.

Ø Outside: customers, suppliers.

The ability to evaluate a situation, identify alternatives, select a reasonable alternative, and make a decision to implement a solution to a problem.

As Majo said in the comment above, I like how it looks visually your work! very easy to find the specific information that we might be looking for, and also we share almost the same answers but in the question about what is capital, I decided to explain what is HR capital which is also considered as an intangible asset or quality not listed on a company';s balance sheet. It can be classified as the economic value of a worker's experience and skills. It's part of the capital of the company.
